At School of AI Films, we value your trust and strive to deliver the best possible services. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations for online payments are handled.
1. Refunds
Course Fees / Service Payments: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except in cases of:
Duplicate transaction due to technical error.
Payment made but service / course not delivered due to our fault.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries.
2. Cancellations
Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to support@schoolofaifilms.com within 3 days of payment.
Acceptance of cancellations is at the sole discretion of the management of School of AI Films.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Limited sharing with vendors / service providers is done only for academic or administrative needs.

5. Student Content
Short films / projects created / generated during the course/workshop remain property of SAIF (School of AI Films) and the student.
SAIF reserves the right to feature them (with credit) on its website, social channels, and promotional material.
6. Changes to Policy
SAIF reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. Updates will be posted on the website.
